The first thing that we’ll do is identify the cause of the problem. We can do this manually, or by using advanced drainage CCTV systems that work by being passed into the pipework and then threaded through until we can see the cause of the blockage. In some cases we might be able to remove the offending piece of pipe and clear the blockage by hand.
In other cases, especially when dealing with external blockages within drains outdoors, we may decide to turn to high pressure jet washers to help to break down and dislodge the blockage.
